Every print is made to order. Orders arrive within 5 to 11 business days of being placed, printing included. You get a confirmation email right away and a tracking email from Fourthwall when it ships.
An unframed print ships flat in a rigid mailer or rolled in a sturdy tube, depending on the size, and the sizes match standard off-the-shelf frames if you are framing it yourself. A framed print ships assembled in its frame, ready to hang.
If a print arrives bent, torn, or is not what you ordered, email a photo to pixelprince87@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We reprint and reship it free. No need to send the damaged one back.
Because every print is made just for you, we cannot take returns for a change of mind or a size picked in error. Damaged, misprinted, or wrong-item orders are always replaced. If you are unsure about a size, the size guide on every print page says which wall each one suits.
Checkout and payment are handled by Fourthwall, which appears as the seller on your receipt, calculates any sales tax at checkout, and sends your confirmation and tracking emails. Payment and refund questions can go to Fourthwall support or to us; we coordinate either way.

That depends on the finish you pick. Unframed is the poster on its own, and the sizes match standard off-the-shelf frames if you want to frame it yourself. Framed arrives in a black alder wood frame three quarters of an inch deep, with the hanging hardware already attached. Every size can be framed except 20 by 30.
Email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we reprint and reship it free.
