Painters tape works for a bare print but yellows and lets go in a warm room. Avoid poster putty on painted drywall: it leaves an oil mark that shows up at inspection.

8x10 or 11x14. Dorm walls are short, often interrupted by a bed frame or a wardrobe, and anything 16x20 or bigger usually cannot be centred on the space that is actually free. If you want more presence, print two or four at 8x10 and hang them as a block rather than going up a size.
